Document Verification

Dow University of Health Sciences of which Dow Medical College is a constituent institution has implemented Document / FCVS / FSMB / EICS (MCC , AMC) / EPIC / ECFMG(Online) / Letter of Verification / Foreign Verification Fee.

The Fee voucher can be obtained from the 3rd floor, CMS Dept., Administration Block, DUHS and should be deposited in United Bank Limited (UBL) Baba-e-Urdu Road Branch, Karachi or can be paid through electronic wire transfer in our US $ FC Account or PK Rs. Account, details are given below:

STEP 3: FILL OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
STEP 4: CHOSE CURRENCY (USD – United States Dollar) AND AMOUNT USD 100 or
STEP 4: CHOSE CURRENCY (PKR PAKISTANI RUPEE AND AMOUNT Rs. (Equal to US $100), as per current Forex rate
STEP 5: PUT IN YOUR DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 6: SAVE DEPOSIT SLIP / SAVE SCREENSHOT
Kindly send the deposit slip of wire transfer on studentsbranch.dmc@duhs.edu.pk, for confirmation of wire transfer .

  • FedEx couriers should be charged in addition US$ 20 (if required).
  • Kindly send your/his/her following documents which are necessary for Verification:
    1. Prescribed verification form (if Any), otherwise we will issue a Letter of Verification.
    2. Scanned copy of Degree (Issued by the University)
    3. Scanned copy of Provisional Certificate (Issued by Dow Medical College, Karachi.)
    4. Scanned copy of Transcripts (Nine Letters), if required attestation of Transcript.
    5. I am representative of Dow Medical College, Karachi only.
